Is it free?
YSEND does not charge its users anything to use the service. However, the recipient of any text message sent from the website will have to pay the same fee that his or her plan charges for a text message.
Why won't my messages go through?
This site supports roughly 350 cell phone providers. If your cell phone provider is not in our database, you won't be able to receive messages. If you know that your provider is in our database, it's possible that our server is simply backed up. If this is the case, text messages may be delivered slowly or may fail somewhere along the way.
How long does it take to reach the recipient?
After the success message is shown, the recipient should receive you message within a minute. You can try the service with your own phone number if you'd like.
I keep receiving spam messages to my phone. What can I do?
You may block your number from receiving messages via YSEND. We apologize for the inconvenience.
